Announcement: Renewal of the NIMS Alumni Network Website

The NIMS Alumni Network Website will be renewed on April 1, 2026

The renewed website will offer enhanced usability and new services to further connect NIMS with alumni, aiming to strengthen our network.

[Key Dates and Notes]

・ Scheduled launch date of the renewed website: April 1, 2026 

・ Temporary suspension of new member registrations: Applications accepted until March 10, 2026 

　*Registration will resume as soon as preparations are complete after the launch of the renewed website.

[Requests and Important Information for Users]

・During the renewal period (from March 10 to April 1):

‐New member registration will not be available. 

‐You will not be able to edit your profile.

・After the renewal, you will be required to reset your password.
 Detailed instructions will be provided when the renewed website is launched.

・If you have linked your account with ORCID:
 You will need to re-establish the ORCID connection on the “My Profile” page when you log in for the first time after the renewal.
