To all NIMS Alumni Network members,

Thank you for your continued use of the NIMS Alumni Network.

Following the recent renewal of the NIMS Alumni Network, we kindly ask those who have previously linked their ORCID accounts to complete the ORCID integration and authentication process again.

Please follow the instructions below to complete the procedure.

[How to Link and Authenticate Your ORCID Account]

1. Click on "My Profile." 
    *On smartphones, select "My Profile" from the menu.*
2. Scroll down to the "ORCID Integration Settings" section.
3. Click the [Create or Connect your ORCID iD] button within the ORCID Integration Settings.
4. The ORCID login screen will open.  
5. Log in with your ORCID account and follow the on-screen instructions to allow integration and synchronization.
6. Once the integration is complete, you will be automatically redirected back to your My Page.  
7. The following items from your ORCID account will be displayed, each showing an [ORCID] tag on the top right:　
   - Biography　
   - Employment　
   - Education & qualifications

[Additional Notes]

• If you wish to add information that is not registered in your ORCID account, you can enter it individually by clicking the [Add +] button for each item.
• The “Awards” section is unique to the Alumni Network and is optional.
